Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Social / Digital to lead and grow our digital practice. The role involves
shaping digital strategies, mentoring teams, and delivering meaningful results for a diverse portfolio of clients,
including brands from the government and public sector. The ideal candidate brings strong agency exposure
along with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Lead the development of integrated digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Stay updated with evolving digital trends, platforms, and best practices.
Support new business initiatives through digital ideas, proposals, and presentations.
Client Partnerships
Serve as a senior digital advisor to clients and build long-term relationships.
Translate client requirements into thoughtful, effective digital solutions.
Present strategies, campaign outcomes, and insights to client stakeholders.
Campaign Execution
Guide teams in executing social media and digital campaigns with a focus on quality and consistency.
Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are maintained across platforms.
Collaborate with creative, media, and client servicing teams for integrated campaign delivery.
Team Leadership
Mentor and support a growing digital team, encouraging learning and innovation.
Set clear goals and help team members achieve professional growth.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture.
Performance & Insights
Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
Encourage data-led decision-making to improve results and ROI.
Oversee reporting and ensure clarity in communication of outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in social media and digital marketing roles
Prior exposure to working in an advertising or digital agency environment
Experience handling or supporting Government, PSU, or public sector clients will be highly valued
Good understanding of content strategy, performance marketing, and analytics
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Agency experience and integrated campaign exposure preferred
