- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, verify booking details, allocate rooms, and issue room keys.
- Handle the check-out process, verify charges, and process payments.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room availability and handle guest requests quickly.
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room service, local attractions, and transportation.
- Process cash and credit card transactions, balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts, and maintain accurate records of guest charges.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
