Position: Sales Trainer
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and ongoing training programs for new and existing sales employees. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and customer handling. Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback. Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and evaluation tools. Monitor trainee progress and measure training effectiveness. Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance. Work closely with sales managers to identify skill gaps and recommend development plans. Maintain training records and prepare training reports. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales techniques. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to motivate and engage teams through interactive learning methods.
