Job Title : Kitchen Steward

Job Summary
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas. This role ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are properly cleaned and sanitized to support safe and efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations.
- Ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling.
- Assist in keeping storage areas organized and clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean utensils and equipment promptly.
- Clean and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks if required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Physically able to stand for long hours and handle heavy kitchen items.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Working Conditions
- Work in hot and busy kitchen environments.
- Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,117.93 per month
