- Oversee quality inspection processes at all stages of production.
- Ensure finished products meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Guide and monitor QC inspectors and line checkers on the shop floor.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and rejection data.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues without affecting output.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Reduce rework and rejection through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Train workers on quality awareness and correct handling methods.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality policies
- Diploma / ITI / Degree (Textile or related field preferred).
- 0–6 years of experience in quality control within a textile / garment manufacturing unit.
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods, defect classification, and quality standards.
- Ability to supervise teams and handle shift-based operations.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
