Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic fresher to join our Marketing team as a Junior Graphic Designer. In this role, you will assist in developing still and motion visual assets that reflect the brands identity, support marketing campaigns, and enhance overall brand presence. This position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about design, branding, and creating visually compelling content for both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of still and motion graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements for marketing teams
- Support brand management initiatives by creating visual assets that maintain brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.
- Help prepare videos, social media images, ad creatives, documents, brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to enhance creative output.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After effects, Express, Stock etc.) or similar design tools.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
- Good to have experience with Lovable, Canva, Figma, Filmora, VEO-3, Sora, Envato elements and Camtasia studio but not necessary.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative design concepts.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
