Key Responsibilities:
· Product & Brand Management: Maintain accurate product listings, brand consistency, and recover rejected product links.
· Deals & Promotions: Upload and QA campaigns, offers, and in-store promotions to drive sales.
· Store Support: Ensure store information like hours, images, logos, and menus is up to date.
· Customer Engagement: Manage push notifications and QR code campaigns to drive loyalty.
· Compliance: Verify licenses and regulatory requirements for stores and products.
· Reporting & Analytics: Generate insights using Sail thru & Tableau SaaS for data-driven decisions.
· Technical Support: Provide support via Zendesk & Salesforce, including peak/holiday coverage.
· Billing, Subscription & Collection: Manage payments, cancellations, tier changes, and overdue accounts.
Skills & Requirements:
· Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written) skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
· Proactive approach - takes initiative and solves problems independently.
· Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
· Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Experience in e-commerce operations, SaaS platforms, or Back office workflows preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
