Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing business relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT Infrastructure sales and be capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire new enterprise and corporate clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT Infrastructure and Managed Services solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close business deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to provide the best customer solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Experience in managing enterprise or corporate customers.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, Computer Science or any related field., (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 3+ years of B2B IT Infrastructure / IT Services / Corporate Sales experience with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
Preferred Background
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Services, Corporate Sales or System Integration companies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Existing network of enterprise or corporate clients is an added advantage.
- Experience working with OEMs, System Integrators (SI), MSPs, or IT Service Providers is preferred.
