We’re hiring a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Growth Manager to scale business growth through high-performing digital campaigns, lead generation strategies, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth
- Analyze campaign data and improve ROI & performance metrics
- Develop funnel, targeting, and landing page strategies
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams for campaign execution
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital growth
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and client handling skills
