- Ensure Statutory Compliance through co-ordination with HR, Branches, Ops & FMG team
- Responding to various notices & authorities
- Audit of PF and other vendors on statutory compliance
- Preparation of compliance budgeting
- Employee Relation
- Assist in compliance documents & Audit compliance
- Knowledge of Labour Law
- MIS for reports
