About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter with a strong recruitment background, preferably from a staffing consultancy or recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring for manufacturing and engineering roles, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage hiring for manufacturing, production, engineering, sales, accounts, logistics, quality, stores, HR, administration, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and final interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Consultancy recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Experience hiring for manufacturing, engineering, or industrial companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ATS/HRMS systems is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Any Graduate with relevant recruitment experience can also apply.
