Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and plan buildings and other structures, including developing blueprints and models
· Conduct site analyses and environmental impact assessments
· Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences
· Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
· Oversee the construction process, including ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including new technologies and materials
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
· Professional experience in architecture, preferably in a construction company
· Strong design and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and project management skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
· Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
