Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Boolean search, references, and networking. Manage the complete recruitment cycle, scheduling, interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. Ensure monthly hiring & onboarding targets are consistently achieved. Draft professional emails and maintain proper mail etiquette while communicating with candidates. Updating and maintaining recruitment reports in real time using MS Office.
