Ecommerce Manager – Kolkata
Job Description:
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Gappu's online business across Shopify, marketplaces, and future international channels. This role combines merchandising, website management, performance analysis, customer experience, and cross-functional coordination to maximize online sales and profitability.

Gappu is an emerging lifestyle instruments brand with a world class range of percussion instruments crafted with care for unmatched sound and durability as seen on Shark Tank Season 5. We are a fast-moving team building this on the ground and not a traditional music company.
What will you do:
· Manage the Shopify website and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Create, optimize and maintain product listings across Shopify and marketplaces.
· Monitor inventory, pricing and product information.
· Coordinate product launches, offers and promotional campaigns.
· Track website and marketplace performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations.
· Improve product discoverability through SEO and optimized product content.
· Coordinate with developers, designers and marketing teams to improve website performance and customer experience.
· Identify opportunities to increase online sales and conversion rates.
Who is this for:
· Shopify or e-commerce platform experience.
· Marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
· Strong analytical and Excel skills.
· Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Requirements:
· Based in Kolkata
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce.
· Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
