We are looking for a Loan Recovery Officer to manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers, conduct field visits, and support the branch in achieving recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on overdue loan accounts.
- Contact customers and ensure timely repayment of dues.
- Conduct field visits for customer verification and recovery.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate recovery and customer records.
- Coordinate with the legal team for chronic default cases.
- Prepare MIS and recovery reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
