Role Summary
The Marketing Executive supports student outreach and enrollment initiatives through field-based engagement and local marketing activities. The role involves interacting with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to share information about academic programs, participate in promotional events, and assist with lead generation activities. The position also works closely with the admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Field Outreach & Marketing
- Carry out field marketing activities such as visits to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and community locations.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, information desks, educational events, and outreach initiatives.
- Share information about academic programs and admission processes with prospective students and parents.
- Represent the organization during approved marketing and outreach activities.
Student & Parent Engagement
- Respond to general inquiries regarding courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career pathways.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Identify prospective applicants and coordinate with the admissions team for further counseling and follow-up.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up Support
- Generate prospective student inquiries through outreach activities, events, institutional visits, and referrals.
- Record and maintain accurate prospect information for follow-up purposes.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely communication with prospective applicants.
Marketing Campaigns & Events
- Assist in the planning and execution of educational seminars, orientation programs, career guidance sessions, and promotional campaigns.
- Support event logistics and ensure the availability of marketing materials during outreach activities.
- Help maintain branding materials such as brochures, banners, standees, and promotional displays at events.
Institutional Engagement
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational partners.
- Support outreach initiatives and collaborative activities with partner institutions.
- Assist in maintaining ongoing institutional relationships to support future engagement opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of daily field visits, outreach activities, inquiries generated, and follow-up status.
- Prepare periodic reports on field activities and campaign performance.
- Share observations on market trends, student interests, and competitor activities with the reporting manager.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to support student outreach initiatives.
- Ensure smooth transfer of prospect information for further engagement.
- Support the implementation of organizational marketing initiatives at the regional level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 0–4 years of experience in marketing, field outreach, business development, or student engagement. Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field activities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools and data management practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
