Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate with customers and service engineers, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, planning, and documentation skills with experience in engineering or manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers for service requests and complaint handling.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and breakdown service visits.
- Coordinate with field service engineers and monitor service activities.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, MIS reports, and service documentation.
- Handle AMC coordination, renewals, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts availability and dispatch.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records in ERP/SAP/CRM systems.
- Track pending service calls and escalate critical issues when required.
- Support the service team in achieving response and resolution targets.
