Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and office communication.
- Maintain office supplies and reception area cleanliness.
- Support HR/Admin team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle basic documentation and data entry work.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Pay: ₹8,619.45 - ₹24,011.81 per month
