- 3 to 5 years of experience in RF Design Engineering
- RF system analysis & IC architecture design
- Schematic capture, simulation & EM analysis
- Design experience in LNA, PA, Mixer, PLL & RF Switch
- Package co-simulation & laboratory testing
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso & Keysight ADS
- Experience in CMOS, GaAs, GaN technologies
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/E&TC
- M.Tech/PhD in Electronics preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
