Job Title: Logistics Supervisor – Cloud Kitchen Dispatch Operations
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to manage dispatch operations from our Central fulfilment Centre (CFC) for cloud kitchen operations. The role involves supervising daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely B2B order fulfilment, managing logistics teams, and maintaining strict adherence to ERP and operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in food or FMCG logistics, and the ability to manage high-volume dispatch operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Logistics Operations
- Supervise end-to-end dispatch operations from the Central Fulfilment Centre.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials to cloud kitchens/stores and B2B clients.
- Coordinate vehicle loading, route planning, and dispatch scheduling.
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve dispatch-related operational issues.
B2B Order Management
- Handle daily B2B order processing and fulfilment coordination.
- Ensure order accuracy, documentation, invoicing, and dispatch compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain service levels and customer satisfaction for all B2B deliveries.
Team Management
- Manage dispatch executives, loaders, drivers, and support staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Conduct shift planning, attendance monitoring, and manpower coordination.
- Train teams on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and operational discipline.
ERP & Process Adherence
- Ensure accurate Microsoft Business central ERP entries for dispatches, inventory movement, and order processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and system updates in real time.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, FIFO practices, and inventory control processes.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to logistics and dispatch operations.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, and store teams for smooth dispatch planning.
- Monitor dispatch KPIs such as on-time dispatch, order accuracy, vehicle utilization, and shrinkage.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational delays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse dispatch, cloud kitchen, QSR, or food supply chain operations.
- Experience handling B2B dispatch operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments and rotational shifts.
