Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Process employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
