- Operate the 3 kW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw material sheets using appropriate handling equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, nesting plans, and work orders.
- Select the correct cutting program and verify machine settings.
- Set up machine parameters such as nozzle, focus, assist gas, and cutting speed.
- Monitor cutting quality during production and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, measuring tape, and gauges.
- Separate finished parts from scrap material and identify parts correctly.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and production delays to the supervisor.
- Perform daily cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the laser machine.
- Maintain production records and machine logbooks.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to achieve production targets.
Pay: ₹11,466.56 - ₹40,000.00 per month
