Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Mandatory 4- 5 years of experience in Pytha Software
Key Responsibilities:
·* BOQ & Drawing Coordination:* Ensure alignment between Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical drawings for production accuracy.
·* Bill of Materials (BOM):* Prepare and review BOM to ensure precise material planning and cost control.
·* Item & Cutting Lists:* Generate detailed item and cutting lists for manufacturing and site requirements.
·* Outsource Item Tracking:* Manage and monitor outsourced items, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
·* BOQ Reading:* Interpret and analyze BOQs and specifications for accurate project execution.
·* Production Planning:* Create and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and deadlines.
·* Team Management:* Lead and coordinate production teams, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
·* Budget Management:* Monitor project costs to ensure production stays within budget constraints.
·* Material Quality Check:* Oversee quality checks for outsourced and in-house materials, ensuring technical specifications are met.
·* Technical Knowledge:* Apply strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and production processes.
·* Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with design, purchase, and planning teams to align production with project goals.
·* Production Monitoring:* Continuously track production progress and adjust plans as needed to maintain timelines.
Preferred Candidate:
· Strong technical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and construction techniques.
· Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
· Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools is a plus.
