Position: Sales Counselor
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Pune
Number of open Positions: 2
Working Days & Time: 10:00am-7:00 pm, 6 days working
Responsibilities:
- Telesales and handling inquiries and getting the enrollments over the phone
- Follow up for closing the leads for online and offline centres in Pune
- Coordinating for Marketing collaterals
- Counseling parents on the learning and development of their children
- Ability to makeat least 80 calls per day with Parents
- Will be using specialist computer-aided CRM application like Leadsquared
Job Requirements:
- Counseling experience in Ed Tech organization is a must . 1-2 yaer of experience required.
- Women with good communication skills who want to restart their careers can also apply
- Sales management system experience, (especially Leadsquared ) will be added advantage
- Articulate & outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Should have a go-getter attitude and disciplined worker and ability to work independently
- Must be motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and patient
- Must own a laptop and a smart phone
- Must have a good internet connection
- Must be a graduate in any specialization
- Must be a team person
- Passionate to work in high growth industry/environment
