Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of MyGate Smart Services by engaging with potential customers through virtual consultations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Smart Services solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos, effectively communicating features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Own the complete customer lifecycle—from lead qualification and consultation to onboarding, follow-ups, relationship management, and post-sales engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to effectively position MyGate Smart Services.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Represent MyGate with professionalism while upholding the company's values and customer-first approach.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and effectively handle customer objections.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
