Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Field Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales for our packaging materials (flexible packaging, laminated rolls, and pouches). You will directly visit manufacturing industries, local businesses, and corporate clients to understand their packaging requirements, showcase our products, and secure bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to manufacturing plants, FMCG companies, and pharma units to generate new leads.
● Product Demonstration: Meet prospective buyers to pitch our high-quality printing and packaging capabilities (Rotogravure printing, lamination films).
● Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with client procurement managers to close bulk deals.
● Order Coordination: Collect technical samples from clients and coordinate closely with our Nelamangala plant team for custom manufacturing.
● Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment recovery and follow up on outstanding invoices from acquired clients.
● Market Feedback: Track competitor activities and report local market demands to the management.
● Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls daily to databases of FMCG, food manufacturing, and pharma companies.
● Inbound Management: Attend incoming client inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or our website.
● Inside Sales Pitch: Inform potential clients about our packaging products, manufacturing scale, and custom printing services.
● Meeting Coordination: Schedule qualified face-to-face or virtual meetings for the Field Sales Managers with corporate clients.
● CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain a clean, daily log of called clients, interest levels, and follow-up dates in Excel or ERP software.
● Relationship Management: Follow up via call and WhatsApp to build long-term relationships with inactive or existing small-scale clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Education: Any Graduate / Diploma, Preferably IIP Certificate.
● Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Field Sales (Experience in printing, packaging, plastic, or industrial manufacturing is a plus) and experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support (B2B experience preferred).
● Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
SKILLS:
● Skills: Strong face-to-face communication, negotiation skills.
● Languages: Hindi Language is MANDATORY.
Fluency in local languages like (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, English preferable) &
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, E-mail writing.
● Key Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and risk management.
