We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fresher / Junior Architect to join our architectural design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in architecture, design, visualization, and detailing, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional studio environment.
As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior architects and designers across various stages of projects — from concept development and design to working drawings, 3D visualization, documentation, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design development and concept preparation.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Develop and modify 3D models and architectural visualizations.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and design development.
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist with project documentation and maintain organized drawing sets.
- Contribute creative ideas and design solutions during the development of projects.
- Support the team in ensuring design intent is maintained through the execution stage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–1 year of experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, Revit, or other visualization/design software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and basic construction detailing.
- Strong visual and design sense.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work responsibly within deadlines.
- Most importantly, a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team.
