Camron Group is a leading industrial infrastructure company specializing in Industrial Shed Construction, PEB Structures, Warehouses, Factories, Industrial Buildings, and Turnkey Industrial Projects across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of all safety rules, regulations, and statutory requirements at construction sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions or practices.
- Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Monitor work at height, lifting operations, welding, cutting, excavation, and other high-risk activities.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Safety Belt, Reflective Jacket, Gloves, etc.).
- Issue and maintain Permit to Work (PTW) for critical activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, registers, checklists, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers regarding safety compliance.
- Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and government regulations.
- Conduct regular emergency preparedness drills and safety audits.
- Stop unsafe work whenever required and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of construction site safety standards and statutory compliance.
Experience
- 1 to 5 Years of experience in Industrial Construction, Factory Buildings, Warehouses, PEB Structures, Infrastructure or Civil Construction Projects.
- Experience in industrial shed or factory construction projects will be preferred.
