Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our doors and windows products (Aluminium/UPVC/Glass systems). The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, explaining product solutions, and supporting the field sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for doors and windows products
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers
- Generate and qualify leads from builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into site visits or orders
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the sales/estimation team
- Maintain CRM database with accurate customer and project details
- Coordinate with field sales team for site visits and closures
- Understand customer requirements (design, size, budget, project type)
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil (or local language)
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales / B2B sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction materials (doors, windows, frames) is an advantage
- Ability to understand technical product details (training will be provided)
- MS Excel and basic CRM knowledge
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Any degree / diploma
- Experience in real estate, building materials, interiors, or construction sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Salary And Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month depends on your experience
