The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end property closing process, ensuring timely execution of sales agreements, coordination with clients, financial institutions, legal teams, and internal departments. The role focuses on delivering a smooth and compliant closing experience while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete property closing process from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, CRM, and project teams to ensure all closing requirements are completed.
- Review and verify sales agreements, payment schedules, and customer documentation.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments, documentation, and loan disbursements.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the closing process.
- Resolve customer queries related to documentation, payments, registration, and possession.
- Track closing milestones and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor registration schedules and coordinate with registration authorities where applicable.
- Identify and resolve delays to ensure timely property handover.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer files and closing documentation.
- Lead and mentor the closing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Work closely with senior management to improve closing processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales operations, CRM, or property closing.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate closing is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
