We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Faculty / Trainers to conduct both theory classes and practical training sessions for technical courses. The ideal candidate should be confident in classroom teaching, guiding students in practical applications, and creating an engaging learning environment that supports skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory classes and hands-on practical training sessions.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to students.
- Guide and support students in skill development and practical learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical demonstrations.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Encourage student participation and create an interactive learning environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into training.
Eligibility
- Diploma/ITI or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, EEE, or ECE.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
