Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, inside sales, and customer handling. The role involves interacting with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and other outreach activities.
- Explain products and services to customers and identify their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and follow-up.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–10 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support.
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in lead generation and inside sales.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates residing near T. Nagar or Ashok Nagar will be an added advantage.
