Civil Engineer – NSV / Road Survey

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with a strong interest in road survey, project execution, and digital engineering workflows. Candidates with exposure to NSV (Network Survey Vehicle), road surveys, CAD/BIM tools, or related civil engineering projects will be preferred. Freshers with relevant academic projects and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Delivery
- Support civil engineering projects and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Assist in planning, execution, and coordination of project activities.
Design & Modeling
- Prepare civil engineering drawings, structural layouts, and CAD/BIM models.
- Ensure engineering designs meet project and quality requirements.
Survey & Analysis
- Participate in road surveys, field inspections, and feasibility studies.
- Collect, analyze, and validate engineering and survey data.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Support quality checks and project documentation activities.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide technical support during project reviews and implementation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain engineering drawings, reports, survey records, and project documentation.
- Prepare project status reports and technical submissions.
Innovation & Technology
- Utilize modern engineering tools such as CAD, BIM, LiDAR, and NSV technologies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of digital engineering practices.
Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to road survey projects or NSV background preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, or related software.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for field surveys and site visits.
- Strong learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
