Canaan Designs Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out and construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site execution, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and site execution activities
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams
· Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
· Monitor quality standards and site safety procedures
· Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
· Track materials, inventory, and site requirements
· Verify measurements, quantities, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
· Resolve site-related technical and operational issues
· Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within budget
Requirements
· Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or related discipline
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior projects or construction site management
· Knowledge of AutoCAD and site coordination processes
· Understanding of interior execution, measurements, and BOQ verification
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently
Preferred Skills
· Experience in commercial or residential interior projects
· Good knowledge of materials and finishing works
· Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
· Team management and vendor handling capability

Pay: ₹25,072.38 - ₹30,337.27 per month
