Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing assets - emailers, ads and webstore/marketplace creatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and goals and create designs that meet those objectives.
3. Manage and mentor designers on the team, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction
4. Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and standards
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Compelling skills in designing and/or product trend forecasting with an agency or in-house setting of premium D2C brand/s.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Voice & Vibe of the brand.
- Clear understanding of trend research and methodology and a natural ability to unearth emerging patterns of change.
- Expert in Keynote, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Adobe Premier and other media editing software is not essential, but a definite plus.
- Expert understanding of design, fashion + street trends and subcultures.
- Knowledge/Understanding of Luggage Trends
- Strong curiosity, open minded, with a thirst to research and analyze multiple sources for new creative ideas and intelligence.
- Tireless information seeker: diving deep into diverse cultures, societal shifts and human behaviors to understand the future consumer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
