- Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers. Negotiate pricing, bulk discounts, and favorable delivery terms to maximize profit margins.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze past sales data and forecast upcoming fashion trends. Ensure the showroom is stocked with the right mix of styles, sizes, and colors.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels closely. Prevent overstocking and understocking by maintaining efficient reorder systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect garment samples for fabric quality, stitching, and overall finish before placing bulk orders.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the showroom manager and sales team to understand customer feedback and align purchases with marketing promotions.
