We are looking for Project Manager for our factory located at Hosur, Kelamangalam ,to take care Mechanical Maintenance.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Guiding subordinates on matters related to mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance and ETP etc.
DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BE/Dip in Mechanical with minimum 10 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Good mathematical skills and familiarity with analytical quantitative calculations
- Strong communication skills both written and oral in English , Tamil.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower
- Team player who can adapt to dynamic work environment
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
