Job Summary
Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Dispatch Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of dispatch activities. The candidate will ensure that finished products and materials are dispatched accurately, safely, on time, and in accordance with company quality and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities as per the approved dispatch schedule.
- Verify finished goods against production orders, packing lists, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, identification, and safe loading of materials.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with the production, stores, quality, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle placement, loading, dispatch timelines, and transporter coordination.
- Ensure that the correct quantity and specifications of products are dispatched.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update ERP/software systems as required.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and verification of dispatched materials.
- Report shortages, damages, delays, or dispatch discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping in the dispatch area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve dispatch accuracy and turnaround time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in dispatch, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and material handling.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics procedures will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
