Model N is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst with experience supporting software quality assurance in fast-paced, collaborative environments. The Quality Analyst will support QA activities across the software development lifecycle, ensuring that applications meet defined functional and quality standards. The role involves executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, validating fixes, and supporting regression and user acceptance testing. The Quality Analyst will work closely with developers, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance and a positive end-user experience.
The position requires analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Assist in implementing and supporting Model N products by performing QA tasks and collaborating with senior team members.
- Review functional and technical requirements to design and execute effective test cases and scenarios.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and quality.
- Log, track, and retest defects, coordinating with development and technical teams to validate fixes.
- Verify system configurations, customizations, and interfaces to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Support data validation activities, including extraction, reconciliation, and verification during testing and deployment.
- Maintain accurate test documentation, defect logs, and test results in line with QA standards and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, validating enterprise software implementations and ensuring reliable system performance.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on time
- Willing to work on night shifts (US Time Zones)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills.
