Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally
- Follow up on vehicle sales enquiries and test drive requests
- Schedule showroom visits and service appointments
- Explain Maruti Suzuki vehicle features, offers, finance schemes, and exchange programs
- Maintain customer records in CRM software
- Collect customer feedback after sales and service
- Follow up with customers for periodic vehicle servicing
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for lead conversion
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, or local language plus basic English
- Customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
- Telephone etiquette and patience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Qualification
- Plus Two / Higher Secondary minimum
- Graduation preferred
- Freshers can apply in many dealerships
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
Salary Range (India)
- ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives and performance bonuses may be included
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
