We are looking to recruit Computer Hardware Engineers with hands-on experience ranging from desktop support to advanced hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, workstations, and peripherals.
- Hardware diagnosis and component-level troubleshooting.
- Operating system installation, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Preventive maintenance and asset management.
- Customer support and onsite service activities.
- Documentation of service reports and issue resolution.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite support assignments.
Experience Levels
- Mid-Level Engineers: 2–5 years (Hardware & Network Support)
- Senior Engineers: 5+ years (Advanced Troubleshooting, Server & Infrastructure Support)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
