We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our ICU and Emergency Department teams. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill or emergency patients, ensuring patient safety and well-being in a fast-paced environment. Candidate has valid NURSING REGISTRATION IN HARYANA NURSING COUNCIL .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in ICU and Emergency settings.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and manage life support equipment.
- Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR, intubation and trauma care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals and other nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council or equivalent).
- Experience in ICU or Emergency care preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
