We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and build strategic partnerships with developers, builders, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Key Account Management.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Building Materials, Interior Solutions, or Engineering industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling B2B sales and enterprise clients.
- Comfortable meeting CXOs, business owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
