JOB PROFILE : BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Executive to join our team and support our sales and customer support operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail, capable of coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth sales processes, accurate billing, efficient customer interactions, and seamless delivery organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing and typing quotations for products/services.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to receive and clarify orders and requirements.
- Assist in billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices.
- Organize and schedule product deliveries, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation : 2.16 -3.6 + ESI+PF+GRATUITY+ANNUAL INCENTIVE
