Design and deliver training sessions on communication skills, workplace etiquette, teamwork, leadership, time management, and basic professional ethics.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays to prepare participants for real workplace situations.
Customize training modules based on the background, education level, and career goals of beneficiaries.
Use participative and activity-based learning methods rather than lecture-only sessions.
Track progress of trainees and provide regular feedback.
Counseling and Mentoring
Provide individual and group counseling to address career confusion, low confidence, stress, and personal challenges.
Help beneficiaries set realistic career goals and create simple action plans.
Identify behavioral or emotional barriers affecting learning or employability and guide participants appropriately.
Refer cases to professional counselors or support services when required.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical counseling practices at all times.
CSR Program Support
Work closely with CSR project managers, partner NGOs, and trainers to align training outcomes with program objectives.
Support mobilization, orientation, and follow-up of beneficiaries.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and case notes for monitoring and impact assessment.
Participate in community outreach, awareness sessions, and review meetings.
