Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in designing scalable and enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep techno-functional knowledge across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with proven experience in solution architecture, integrations, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
The candidate should have strong hands-on architectural capabilities along with the ability to drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations in complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and technical strategy for Salesforce implementations.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Drive implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Define system architecture, integration patterns, security models, and governance standards.
Provide technical leadership for customization, integrations, and platform optimization.
Review existing architecture and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
Lead solution design workshops and participate in client-facing discussions.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, deployment, and release management.
Support Agile delivery and mentor development teams.

Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce
Salesforce APIs and Integrations
REST/SOAP Services
Experience with middleware/integration platforms
Salesforce Security & Sharing Model
Data Modeling & Data Migration
Workflow, Process Builder, Flow Automation
CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Architect Certifications preferred.
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Prior MNC or enterprise client experience.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,900,000.00 per year
