We are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder & Proposal Writer who can generate quality leads, write winning proposals, and help grow our IT services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Upwork profile and maintain strong performance metrics
Identify quality projects related to App Development, Web Development, SaaS & Software
Draft customized and compelling proposals
Manage client communication, understand requirements & schedule calls
Coordinate with the technical team for scope, timelines & cost estimates
Build a consistent sales pipeline and repeat business opportunities
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding for IT / App / Web projects
Strong proposal writing & excellent English communication
Basic understanding of Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android & Web technologies
