About the Role:
The Founder’s Office at Alan Scott Group is hiring a Finance Analyst – Finance Systems for a strategically important role focused on building scalable finance operations and system-driven execution across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage weekly MIS reporting across multiple entities
- Improve financial visibility across approximately 11 group entities through structured reporting and process discipline
- Build and improve finance process automation workflows
- Strengthen MIS discipline and support operational scalability across the group
- Support implementation and optimization within the Zoho ecosystem
- Manage payment approval workflows and finance coordination
- Strengthen inventory tracking and reporting discipline
- Coordinate finance operations across group companies
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support operational visibility through structured reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic finance initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- B.Com degree
- 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounts operations
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Strong follow-up and execution skills
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- CA Inter / CA Dropout
- Experience in startups or systems-driven environments
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- Exposure to process automation or workflow improvement initiatives
