Role: Performance Marketer
Location: D block, Noida Sector 63
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI on every campaign
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
- Work closely with creative & content teams for high-converting campaigns
- Generate reports and actionable insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google, Facebook/Instagram)
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Basic knowledge of conversion tracking & pixels
- Ability to scale campaigns and reduce CPA
