ROLE OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this role is to ensure smooth coordination between order processing, personalisation, packaging, QC, and dispatch operations for timely and error-free order fulfilment.
The candidate will act as a central operational coordinator between:
- Order processing teams
- Packaging departments
- QC teams
- Personalisation / Laser department
- Logistics & dispatch coordination
- Inventory support teams
This role will play a key part in bringing:
- Structured packaging planning
- Better manpower coordination
- Dispatch readiness visibility
- Operational discipline
- Improved fulfilment timelines
- Process-driven execution
CURRENT OPERATIONAL SCENARIO
Currently, the organisation handles multiple order channels including:
- B2B Orders
- B2B Online Orders
- Retail Orders
- Online / D2C Orders
Once stock is allocated from Finished Goods Inventory, the order moves through:
- Personalisation (if required)
- Packaging
- QC
- Dispatch
At present, a large portion of this coordination happens manually and through continuous follow-up between departments, resulting in:
- Packaging delays
- Dispatch pressure
- Workforce imbalance
- QC dependency
- Lack of visibility on fulfilment status
This role therefore becomes extremely critical in bringing operational control, workflow visibility, and coordination discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOrder Fulfilment Coordination
- Coordinate packaging flow against confirmed orders
- Monitor order fulfilment timelines daily
- Ensure dispatch priorities are aligned
Packaging Coordination
- Coordinate with Vijay and packaging teams
- Plan packaging execution based on order urgency
- Ensure packaging material availability coordination
QC Coordination
- Coordinate with Yogesh and QC teams
- Ensure QC checks happen on time
- Monitor rejection and rework cases
Personalisation Coordination
- Coordinate with Prabhakar and Laser team
- Ensure engraving / personalisation timelines are maintained
- Monitor urgent customisation requests
Dispatch Readiness
- Ensure packed material is ready for dispatch on time
- Coordinate logistics readiness with dispatch team
- Ensure shipment timelines are maintained
Workforce Coordination
- Monitor packaging manpower utilisation
- Coordinate workforce allocation during peak loads
- Identify bottlenecks in fulfilment flow
Reporting & Process Monitoring
- Maintain daily fulfilment and dispatch status reports
- Track pending packaging and dispatch quantities
- Assist in implementing structured fulfilment tracking systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong operational coordination capability
- Good workforce management skills
- Ability to manage fulfilment pressure and timelines
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
- Execution-oriented approach
- Ability to work closely with multiple departments simultaneously
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience in:
- Packaging operations
- Warehouse coordination
- Dispatch management
- Order fulfilment operations
- Logistics coordination
- FMCG / Promotional products / Retail fulfilment environments
will be preferred.
